This week, the Valor Power team had the privilege of joining industry partners and customers at Tesla’s Megafactory in Shanghai for an exclusive behind the scenes look at one of the world’s most advanced energy manufacturing facilities.

Experiencing Tesla’s manufacturing capability up close offered valuable insight into the scale, precision & vertical integration that continues to set the benchmark in utility-scale battery energy storage. From engineering and production through to system integration, seeing this process firsthand reinforces what world-class execution looks like – and how it translates into high-performance energy infrastructure projects globally.

As demand for grid-scale energy storage continues to accelerate across international markets, visits like this are an important part of ensuring Valor Power remains connected to the technologies, partnerships, and manufacturing ecosystems shaping the future of energy.

It was also exciting to hear more about Tesla’s continued global expansion of Megapack production, with the Shanghai facility set to support the next evolution of the platform later this year.
